NEW DAWN RISING FORMAL EXTRATERRESTRIAL CONTACT

Since 1997, I have maintained a fairly lengthy briefing in this section on various aspects of extraterrestrial contact. While I updated it from time to time, it has become clear that the very structure of the briefing, not to mention its ever-changing content, no longer serve the educational purposes that originally motivated its inclusion. Hence, I have deleted the entire briefing as of April 2, 2006 and archived it for whatever minor significance it may have for interested persons. In its place I am developing a series of mostly shorter briefings on different topics all of which assume that global “First Contact,” as it has come to be called, has already occurred. As of today, this has not happened. However, I believe that we are very close to that time. When it arrives I will post a series of informational offerings, currently in various draft stages, on the following topics:
